Supervise the Institutional Giving Manager, providing mentorship and day‑to‑day guidance

Work collaboratively with the broader Advancement team, which is focused on major individual gifts, to ensure coordinated funder strategies and a unified case for support

Partner with the Chief Advancement Officer on strategy development for both short‑ and long‑term institutional giving goals

Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in institutional giving, foundation relations, or development in a nonprofit environment
