Job description

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks a Director of Inventory Management to develop and execute brand financial and merchandising plans for Bath and Furniture.

You will drive inventory strategies to maximize sales and profits, travel to stores and DCs to identify opportunities, and lead a high-performing planning team. You will collaborate across Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Channel leaders to align inventory with floor sets, product launches, and web initiatives.
