My Gym - Kendall in Miami is seeking a full-time Director to lead and train the team across all operations, which includes classes, parties, camps, and events.
This role requires a healthy, fit lifestyle, excellent communication, and leadership skills while working 35-40 hours weekly, including weekends. Compensation starts at $17 per hour, supplemented with paid time off and a medical insurance allowance.
