Job description
Repligen Corporation in Marlborough, MA, seeks a Director to lead the Continuous Improvement function within SG&A and deploy the Repligen Business System across functions. You will coach leaders, run Kaizen events, build value streams, and drive capability through Lean/Six Sigma methods, standard work, and visual management.
Frequent travel (about 40%) supports collaboration with Waltham HQ and other sites.
