Deep understanding of licensing, compliance, and operational excellence

What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education
Ensure full compliance with state licensing and company standards
Drive enrollment, retention, and overall school performance
Build strong relationships with families and the community
Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy school culture
