Job description
Brookfield Asset Management in New York seeks a Director to support Brookfield Credit. The role is based at Brookfield Place and reports to the Head of Legal, working with Portfolio Management, Syndication, Risk, Investment Operations, Finance and external auditors.
Responsibilities cover capital markets, asset management, governance and regulatory matters, including reviewing NDAs and service agreements, coordinating internal approvals, and ensuring compliance with SEC/FINRA rules.
