Description: LATICRETE International is seeking a Director, Legal to serve as the sole in-house legal advisor for the company and its affiliates. The successful candidate will oversee corporate governance, manage external counsel, and provide strategic guidance on corporate, regulatory, and operational matters. Key responsibilities include managing M&A, litigation, contract negotiations, employment law, and the company’s global intellectual property portfolio. The role requires a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset to support global growth while managing risk.
Eligibility:
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and Bar membership in good standing.
10+ years of corporate legal experience, with at least two years at a law firm and the majority as in-house counsel.
Experience in a global manufacturing company or the chemical/building products industry is preferred.
Proven ability to manage mergers, acquisitions, and complex commercial contracts.
