Job description
Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced attorney in Austin to support Schwab Investment Management with regulatory and contractual matters. You will draft, negotiate, and file funds-related documents, advise on compliance, and work with internal teams and outside counsel to manage risk.
The role requires a JD and bar admission, 5–10 years in financial services law, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work model offered in the Austin area.
