Preferred Experience

Experience supporting complex commercial, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain environments

Background in leading high‑value, strategic transactions within a global organization

Familiarity with manufacturing services, procurement agreements, and enterprise technology contracts

Experience with AI, SaaS, software licensing, intellectual property, data privacy, and information security considerations

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and executive leadership

Proven leadership experience mentoring teams and managing external counsel

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills within fast‑paced, high‑impact environments
