Job description
Bloomingdale's is seeking a Director of Loyallist to own the loyalty program strategy, tier architecture, enrollment growth, and the program roadmap. You will lead the end-to-end development of the program, balancing customer value and program economics while ensuring brand‑worthy moments across channels.
