Job description
MadaLuxe Group seeks a Director, Client Development & Clienteling to lead IPPOLITA’s strategy across retail, e-commerce, and off-site environments, driving stronger client relationships and commercial growth.
You will design an omnichannel clienteling program for boutique, web, and web-only clients, setting monthly priorities, segments, outreach, and measurable goals to grow lifetime value and revenue.
