Job description
Procore is seeking a Director, M&A Integration to lead the execution of its integration program, partnering with Corporate Development during diligence on operational readiness and driving plans to execution. This role reports to the VP of Corporate Strategy and can be based in our Austin office or remotely, with regular travel to Austin.
You will build and run cross-functional integration programs, run governance, manage Day 1 readiness, and mentor a growing team as acquisitions increase.
