Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Director for its Tax M&A practice in the United States. The role focuses on partnership transactions and federal income tax matters, advising private equity funds, portfolio companies, and other pass-through structures across the transaction lifecycle.

The candidate will lead engagement teams, shape structuring and modeling solutions, and contribute to business development and thought leadership while growing the national Tax M&A platform.
