Job description
The Phillips Collection is seeking a Director of Major Gifts to lead and grow a strategic major gifts program. You will manage a two-person team, cultivate a high-potential donor portfolio, and drive revenue through annual giving, endowment, exhibitions, and special initiatives.
You will collaborate with the Chief Advancement Officer, planned giving, and the Phillips Travel Program, while guiding a diverse and inclusive donor pipeline to support a dynamic schedule of exhibitions and programs.
