Job description
Connecticut Children’s is seeking a Director of Managed Care Contracting to lead payer strategy, contract negotiations, compliance, and payer relationships hospital-wide. This senior role reports to the CFO and drives reimbursement strategy to support growth and mission.
The position requires extensive experience in hospital/payor contracting, leadership, and knowledge of value-based care models. Hybrid work arrangement and executive-level collaboration are expected.
