Regeneron is seeking a Director of Market Access Pipeline & Readiness in Sleepy Hollow, NY to shape payer strategy for multiple assets. You will lead payer insights, inform forecasting, and partner with cross-functional teams during development and near-launch activities to ensure successful reimbursement.
