Job description
Flex is seeking a Director of Materials in Austin to lead material planning, procurement, inventory control, and supply chain activities for a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will partner with suppliers, drive cost reductions, and ensure on-time material availability to support healthcare production lines.
The role requires 10+ years in materials or supply chain leadership, strong knowledge of MRP/ERP, and proven experience in process improvement and team development.
