Job description
Brattleboro-Memoria is seeking a Director of Maternal & Women’s Health Services to provide 24/7 leadership, strategic direction, clinical oversight, and operational accountability for Labor & Delivery, postpartum, newborn/nursery, and OB-GYN services.
You will partner with physicians, CNMs, nursing leadership, and hospital teams to ensure safe, high-quality, family-centered care and to drive service-line growth and sustainability.
