Job description
HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a Director of Medical Surgical to oversee daily operations of the clinical unit and ensure high quality patient care. The role collaborates with staff, physicians and other directors to optimize staffing, budgets and patient outcomes.
Requirements include RN license, Associate Degree, 3 years of experience, and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days. BSN is preferred; hospital is located in Ocala, Florida and part of HCA Healthcare.
