Job description
The Cleveland Sirens, Cleveland's upcoming WNBA franchise, is seeking a Director of Membership Development & Groups to lead the Membership Service and Group Sales teams and drive renewal, satisfaction and group revenue ahead of the 2028 season.
Reporting to the Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service, the ideal candidate blends service with sales, builds a first-rate member experience, and designs a scalable group sales engine from scratch.
