Job description
YMCA of South Hampton Roads is seeking a Membership Experience Director to lead the Center Membership and Family Experience teams under the DVP/Executive Director. You will supervise Membership Experience Leaders, manage Family Programs, Stay ‘N Play, Interactive Zone and Birthday Party rentals, and drive program quality and service.
You will oversee program development, membership sales, renewals, staff scheduling, and community engagement while upholding YMCA values and safety standards.
