Job description
Westbrook Health Services seeks a Division Director of Mental Health Intensive Services to lead the MH Intensive Services team, including residential, ACT, and day services programs. The role guides operational excellence, evolving processes, and client-centered care across all activities.
The Director will develop SOPs, oversee compliance, coach directors, and collaborate with senior leadership to sustain high-quality service delivery and outcomes for clients in our community.
