University of Central Florida is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Mental Health & Performance to provide strategic leadership and comprehensive clinical services for student-athletes across 16 NCAA Division I sports.
The role oversees staff and programs, ensures compliance, and partners with campus resources to promote holistic well-being and peak performance. Evening/weekend work and travel may be required.
