Job description
Floyd's 99 Barbershop is seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Shop Operations to lead operations for 64 corporate-owned locations. Reporting to the COO, you will build high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and implement scalable SOPs to sustain performance at scale.
You will coach district leaders, partner with Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance, turn around underperforming markets, and help shape the brand's next phase of growth and guest experience excellence.
