Job description
Aptima Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to drive growth with Navy and maritime domain contracts. You will own portfolio planning, win strategies, and strategic teaming to translate Aptima innovations into actionable operational results.
You will collaborate with technical teams to align capabilities with Navy requirements, manage a dynamic pipeline, and guide engagements with senior customers and partners across the U.S. Navy and DoD.
