Job description
NRG Energy seeks a Director of NERC CIP Compliance to lead the CIP program within the Legal Department in Houston, TX. You will own governance, standards interpretation, internal controls, and evidence collection to ensure an audit-ready posture across the organization.
The role requires deep CIP knowledge and collaboration with IT, OT, operations, and regulators. Travel up to 30% is expected as part of maintaining compliance and continuous improvement.
