Job description

Overview

Unifiedis a nationwide community of providers, operations specialists and thought leaders who look for the greatest opportunities to impact every woman’s health, at every stage of their journeys. We are unparalleled in our scale and ability to adapt to address unmet and underserved needs. Through 815+ clinics, 23 IVF labs, nationwide telehealth capabilities and targeted case management, our 2,700+ independent, affiliated providers deliver comprehensive women’s health services and continuously work to implement methods and develop techniques or platforms that improve the healthcare experience. We remain focused on enabling the discovery of new ways for our affiliated providers to deliver the high-quality care experience women deserve, in the ways they most wish to receive it, and collaborate across our community to make our vision a reality.

The Director, New Market Operations is responsible for leading newly affiliated markets through the transition into Unified Women’s Healthcare’s Management Services Organization (MSO). This role provides operational leadership, structured support, and cross-functional coordination during the first 1-2 years following affiliation, ensuring market leaders, practice administrators, and physician partners are effectively supported as they adopt Unified’s operating model, systems, governance processes, and performance expectations.

This position partners with Division Presidents, Market Leaders, functional leaders, integration teams, and physician leadership to translate deal strategy into operational execution. The Director coordinates across market operations, finance, revenue cycle, human resources, information technology, legal/compliance, credentialing, payer enrollment, and other enterprise support functions to align priorities, remove barriers, and support consistent execution of integration and performance objectives. This role facilitates stakeholder alignment, clarifies ownership and accountability, escalates risks, and supports resolution of issues that may impact value realization, provider experience, operational adoption, or market readiness.

The Director monitors financial, productivity, provider experience, and integration performance indicators; identifies risks and barriers to value realization; and partners with senior leaders and functional stakeholders to address issues and support expected business outcomes. The role requires strong business acumen, change leadership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to balance standardization with market-specific needs in a complex healthcare environment.
