Missouri State University is hiring a Director, New Student Orientation. The director leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the university's new-student onboarding experience, working within Enrollment Management to align orientation with recruitment, admissions, and advising. The role also manages departmental operations, supervising staff and overseeing a student-fee-supported budget.

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs, enrollment management, or orientation programming.
2+ years of experience supervising staff and managing complex programs.
Evening and weekend work required during peak orientation periods.
Base salary range $90,000 - $100,000 annually.
