$300,000-$315,000 base salary + annual bonus
New York, NY | Hybrid | Limited travel
Join the growing New York office of an established international strategy consultancy at an important stage of its US expansion. You'll work with leading private equity and corporate clients on high-value commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements, while taking a senior role in building an expanding Media practice.
The Associate Partner, Strategy Consulting - Media Practice will combine senior client leadership, commercial development and oversight of complex consulting engagements. You'll operate with significant autonomy, deepen key client relationships, help generate new business and influence the direction of the New York team. This is an opportunity to join at a level where your impact will extend well beyond project delivery, with a clear pathway towards Partner.
Role Highlights
You will:
- Lead major commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements across the Media sector.
- Own and expand senior relationships with private equity investors, corporate executives and key decision-makers.
- Oversee multiple engagement teams while maintaining consistently high standards of strategic thinking and client delivery.
- Generate new opportunities through pitches, account development, relationship building and broader business development activity.
- Help shape the Media practice through hiring, mentoring, capability development and strategic planning.
You Will Need
- Significant strategy consulting experience with strong exposure to Media-focused assignments.
- Deep commercial due diligence and growth strategy expertise across complex, senior-level engagements.
- A track record of directing multiple consulting teams and engagements with limited Partner oversight.
- Strong credibility with senior investors and executives, including the ability to influence high-stakes decisions.
- Demonstrable business development experience, including proposals, pitches, account growth and winning new work.
