Job description

Medtronic Neuromodulation seeks a Program Director, Core Team Leader to drive complex, cross-functional development programs from concept to global launch in a regulated environment. The role partners with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams.

Travel up to 20% and onsite work in Fridley, Minnesota. Requires a strong track record in leading multi-phase programs, budget ownership, and strategic roadmaps within medical devices and SaaS-like ecosystems.
