The National Audubon Society is seeking a Senior Director, Next Generation, to lead its initiative engaging youth and young adults in conservation efforts.
This hybrid role requires strategic oversight of programs, relationship building, and team management to unite and align efforts across North America. Candidates should reside within commuting distance to Washington, DC, as they will collaborate closely with teams across various disciplines.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 - $145,000 per year based on geographical location.
