Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Director of Operations for North America Workplace Experience & Hospitality. The role leads a 100+ associate portfolio, guiding Welcome & Reception, Meetings & Events, Workplace Ambassadors, and Front-of-House services across multiple locations.
