Job description
Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Director of NPDI Quality to lead the Quality function within the NPDI process. The role owns quality planning, gate governance, risk assurance, and launch readiness, partnering with Engineering, R&D, Test, and Manufacturing Quality.
This position does not own product development or engineering decisions; it ensures compliance with ISO 9001, performs DFMEA/PFMEA, controls plans, and ensures readiness before handoff to manufacturing. Extensive leadership required.
