Job description
Harborview Medical Center seeks a Director of Spiritual Care to provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership for the department. You will oversee a team of 25+ staff, volunteers, and CPE interns, ensuring culturally responsive spiritual care across a 24/7 on-site program.
Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, performance management, and program development, with oversight of the accredited CPE program.
