Job description
AJC International, Inc. seeks an experienced sales leader to drive the commercial strategy and profitable growth for AJC Freight Solutions (3PL/FTL). The Director will own revenue, gross profit, and margin, while mentoring a high-performing sales team and managing budgets and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in 3PL/logistics sales, a proven track record of growing a profitable book of business, and P&L ownership for ~$100M revenue. Travel 30–40% is expected.
