Job description
Relay Recruiting is partnering with a Rochester, NY wealth-management firm to hire a Director of Retirement Plan Business Development. The role builds the first dedicated new-business engine for its 401(k) advisory practice, prospecting CFOs/CEOs/owners/HR leaders and leading sales through signed plans.
You will drive full-cycle, hunter-first business development, own the outbound approach, and later hand off to servicing advisors.
