Job description
Texas A&M AgriLife in College Station seeks a Director of Advising to lead undergraduate and graduate student advising, retention, and graduation efforts. You will collaborate with college leadership to set advising standards and oversee advising centers, while supervising senior advisors and coordinating with staff across campus.
You will guide data-driven program improvements, manage staff training, and support student success initiatives, including First Year Experience instruction.
