Job description
Great opportunity to lead the AP and AR teams from end to end. This position is 4 days onsite and remote on Fridays
170-180k base salary with up to 15% annual bonus.
Ideal candidate should have the following:
10 yrs exp and 5 yrs management,
overseeing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) functions and build out processes
Supervise a team of 6
review AP/AR teams transactions and create process improvements,
PO's, expense reporting, invoicing/billing, credit memo issuance, and the entire cash application cycle,
AR subledger reconciliations, Collections,
Financial reporting, month-end close procedures for AP and AR, including reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts,
Bachelors in Accounting, Netsuite or ERP, Fast Paced environment
