Job description
SmartStop Self Storage, based in Ladera Ranch, CA, seeks a Director of Accounting to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls across the real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Controller, this role drives accuracy and compliance.
You will mentor staff, optimize systems, supervise month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, and prepare consolidated reports for multiple properties while ensuring GAAP and real estate accounting standards.
