Job description
Conga is seeking a Director, Accounting to lead our global accounting function, drive accurate financial reporting, and manage the close processes in a high-growth SaaS environment. This hands-on leadership role partners with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and business leaders to optimize controls and scalability across the close and audits.
You will oversee month-end and quarter-end closes, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and guide a talented team while building processes that scale with the business.
