Job description
CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Director of Business Integration to drive acquisition integrations in the South Central Division. You will lead due diligence, develop integration plans, and partner with senior leaders to realize value from acquisitions.
The role requires 10+ years in strategic integration and 5+ years managing cross-functional programs, with strong communication and change-management capabilities. Travel across the division will be required.
