Job description
Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital in Homewood, AL seeks a Director of Acute Care to lead the Med/Surg units with strategic and operational oversight of a large scope. This leader will guide nursing practice, staffing, and performance improvement to meet hospital goals.
The role requires a BSN with leadership experience; MSN/DNP or graduate degree in health/business is preferred. Alabama RN licensure, BLS, and potential ACLS/TNCC certifications may be required.
