Job description
Behavioral Health Group - BHG is seeking a proactive Program Director to lead our clinic, ensuring patient-centered care and recovery. You’ll supervise clinical and admin staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence to break patients free of addiction.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call coverage. The pay range is $60,000–$75,000 annually, dependent on experience, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities for certifications and licenses.
