Job description
North Capitol Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Sales and Admissions to build and maintain relationships with referral sources and educate them on facility services. The role coordinates the admission process for new residents with a focus on compassionate care.
You will collaborate with nursing, administrative and social services teams to ensure compliant admissions and strong resident advocacy.
