Job description
USTA is seeking a Director of Advocacy Strategy to partner with senior leaders and advance advocacy priorities across multiple programs, including CTA development and grants. You will manage projects, guide strategy, and mentor fellows and external consultants while aligning advocacy efforts with fundraising goals.
Based in a hybrid/flex role, you will shape pillars, measure impact with dashboards, and communicate insights to the board, supporting tennis participation and community development.
