Job description
DeltaV Recruitment's client in San Francisco seeks a Director of Engineering – AI Agents to lead and scale a production AI engineering organization focused on LLM-powered workflows for insurance.
You will own the technical direction, build teams, and stay hands-on with architecture and code, delivering reliable AI systems in production.
The role requires 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, strong Python skills, and proven leadership, with on-site presence five days a week in SF.
