Job description
NXP Semiconductors in San Jose, CA, seeks a Technical Director for Digital Design Methodology and Flow Architecture. You will define a repeatable end-to-end RTL-to-GDS flow, combining synthesis, P&R, timing/power closure, static verification, and GDS delivery with agentic AI-enabled tooling.
You will lead cross-functional teams to establish repeatable practices, baselines, dashboards, and governance, driving productivity and PPA improvements across advanced process technologies.
