Job description
CoinDesk is redefining how its business teams leverage AI. We are seeking a Director of AI Enablement to define strategy, build the enablement function from the ground up, and partner with engineering to scale AI across the organization.
You will recruit and lead a team of PMs, engineers, and process specialists, owning the execution and measurable ROI. You must have 8+ years in product or tech roles, hands-on experience shipping AI solutions, and strong communication with senior leadership.
