Job description
Breakwater Initiative seeks a Director, Policy & Advocacy to lead engagement strategy for AI and work policy. You will identify decision-makers, build relationships, and move Breakwater's agenda into federal and state policy.
Reporting to the Policy Managing Director, you will manage a cross-partisan network, design immersive buy-in moments, and oversee compliance in a fast-paced startup environment.
