Job description
Freshworks seeks a Director, Pricing & Monetization to join the product team. You will own pricing decisions end-to-end, from initial discussions with Product Managers to building the case, obtaining executive buy-in, and implementing the model across the organization.
You’ll lead cross-functional alignment with Product, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Engineering, using tests and research to refine pricing. This hybrid San Mateo role offers a base salary and a target bonus eligibility.
